Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Selection

    Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare interview materials.
- HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.

Assist with preparation of HR letters, contracts, and documentation.

Support payroll and leave administration processes where required.
- Employee Engagement

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.

Collect feedback and help prepare reports on engagement initiatives.
- Learning & Development

Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and compile evaluation feedback.
- Compliance & Policy

Support HR team in ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labour laws.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
