Human Resources Intern

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will add value and also gain valuable experience and development in **various areas of HR management, by supporting the initiatives and activities including but not limited to**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in HR operation, e.g., recruitment and onboarding process and documents management
- Assist in HR projects, meetings, and activities organisation and execution
- Support on Talent Development (TD) programs design and development
- Support on TD contents generation and TD portal maintenance
- Prepare internal HR-related reports, proposals and presentations
- Perform any other tasks or services as required
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business, Humanities or Social Sciences
- Available for at least 3-month internship, with minimum 3 days a week
- Passionate in Human Resource and in joining the FinTech industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in English)
- Willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- Able to work and contribute independently and collaboratively
- Strong working proficiency of MS Office suite and content creation tools will be an advantage
