**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering services to the customer according to the contract and adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Own the KPIs agreed in the contract.
- Will be the single point contact and will be responsible for the overall management of IT Services for the customer.
- Establish and maintain standards and methodologies for providing IT Services to the customer with respect to operational issues according to established ITSM processes.
- Provide the periodical reports and other ad-hoc reports as per the contract to the customer.
- Maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity processes for the customer.
- Ensure that the projects initiated by the customer are completed as per the agreed timelines, costs, etc and relevant proposals are submitted within the stipulated timeframe.
- Project Budget / P&L responsibility.
- Automation in service delivery.
- Resource planning and management.
- Overall Project Infra SLA management and Operation interaction with technologies Lead / Service Owner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in IT or relevant discipline with at least 8 years of IT Outsourcing Service Delivery experience and with 5 years as a people manager (leading more than 15 members).
- Experience in large scale IT Outsourcing enterprise environment with proven ability to direct operations in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Proficiency and experience managing the following services:

- Systems, Storage, Virtualisation, and Cloud
- Network and Security
- IT Workplace
- Certification in Cloud computing services, IT Service Management and/or ITIL (v3 or above), preferably intermediate/specialist or above.
- Strong people management, profit and loss management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Innovative thinking, out of the box ability.
- Good customer management experience.
- Technical inclination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
