We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our Global Management Team as the Manager of Operations APAC.

Location: Singapore

We have being operating successfully for 25+ years from our European and North American locations and are very close to opening our Singapore location to support our growth ambitions in South-East Asia. As a Manager of Operations APAC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational standards and contributing to our global success.

**Position Overview**

As the Manager of Operations APAC, you will be a vital member of our Global Management Team, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects within the Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate closely with third-party logistics partners, internal stakeholders, and other global managers to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party providers for operational tasks, aligning with company policies and standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) based on annual organizational goals.
- Lead training initiatives for third-party employees to ensure cross-functional proficiency.
- Oversee the execution of operational tasks including warehousing, fulfillment, technical services, and transport.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain adherence to our core values and key competences.
- Implement and improve policies, procedures, and systems for operational excellence.
- Review and approve operational invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payment.
- Perform periodic management of third-party contractual performance and quality assurance.
- Communicate and coordinate daily operations with third parties and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong commitment to compliance with safety, security standards, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant master's degree or equivalent working proficiency through extensive documented experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional and management experience.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining control over operations.
- Analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.
- Ability to travel up to 20% (to company locations in Europe and North America).
