**About the role**

Our ideal person for this role is someone who has worked as a Producer in a digital/immersive production company or agency within the South-East Asia region. Our ideal person can be located in either Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan.

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented individual to help take Populous’ digital portfolio into the future and work on some of the world’s biggest sports and entertainment projects, working in collaboration with all of our design teams and clients

- Ability to consolidate and coordinate creative and tech teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Manage cross functional teams - creative, tech, developers, SME’s, consumer research etc.
- Is a strategist at heart who excels in business development related activities.
- Ability to develop scopes of work based on client requirements.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals with partners. Highly developed skills in pitching for, and winning work.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the business objectives and managing client rapport.
- Metaverse and UX Design experience essential.
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling software’s.
