**Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across all online channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovative marketing and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and target customer segments.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and optimize our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- **Campaign Execution**: Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, display advertising) that drive traffic and conversions, continuously optimizing for performance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns and strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- **Trends & Innovation**: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Local diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and online advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for storytelling through digital content.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,600.00 per month
