Singapore Parkway Pantai Full time

The role handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and onboarding documents.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Forming and maintaining employee records and personnel file
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties on recruitment matters
- Verify and process invoices relating to recruitment
- Perform other general administrative/ HR duties as required

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Prior experience in HR Admin is an advantage
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and organize
- Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous
