**Senior Executive, Talent Development**

The Senior Executive, Talent Development is responsible to identify training and development needs, implement and oversee programs, create new initiatives and reform or improve existing programs.
The role holder needs to understand AXA XL business, the industry dynamics and trends, and lay out a talent plan that enables the organisation to grow sustainably. This is a specialist role with client facing capabilities, equipped with relationship building and communication skills, with good acumen to manage and support the development and retention of our people.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Design talent management strategies and development opportunities to build capabilities that are in line with organisation and business needs
- Serve as the Program Manager to support the end-to-end development of key talent and successors in collaboration with business leaders through career management support, formal learning, coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, etc.
- Facilitate talent calibration meetings
- Plan managerial development and educate People Managers on the Career Planning approach
- Enrich employee experience and deliver new employee onboarding program
- Establish Talent dashboard and reports to enable Senior Leaders making more informed talent decisions
- Provide in-depth analysis of survey results (pulse, smart working, inclusion) and propose relevant action items
- Partnered with other HR members in culture and employer branding campaign
You will report to the Human Resources Manager.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- 6 to 8 years’ experience in talent development / management
- Experience in working with fast-paced and matrix organisation
- Proactive and versatile
- Accountable and able to take ownership of own work
- Good interpersonal & analytical skills, organised and attention to details
- Knowledgeable in Singapore legislation for a variety of HR matters
- Good MS Office skills in Excel (intermediate), Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
