Senior Executive in Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR processes, managing a team of professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures;
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental goals;
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to management and employees;
  • Maintain records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university;
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and labor laws;
  • Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required;
  • Critical thinker and process-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Resourceful and self-motivated team player.
