**_The role _**_: _Identify opportunities, plan, and evaluate annual sales strategies for the B2B (AFH, away from home) market segment to achieve increased sales, build effective visibility, and build a strong brand in accordance with the provisions set by the company.

**Key Responsibilities (not limited to)**
- Achieve assigned sales and market presence objectives through developing new clients and channel partners for key segments.
- Create, supervise, and evaluate sales strategies in the area
- Ensure that all sales teams in the area understand and carry out the sales strategies that have been determined
- Develop existing and recruit new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant liaison, to optimize quality of service, business profitable growth and brand visibility
- Leverage on your strong relationship to pipeline new sales opportunities.
- Generate profitable negotiations with customers in favor of sales results and brand visibility.
- Maintain and manage online and offline platforms to reach out to potential key customers.
- Identify selling and buying trends of competitors & customers to develop tactical and strategic plans.
- Provides innovation proposal and deliver strategic sales presentations.
- Establish clear customer account initiatives and clear executable plan for success.
- Ensure all aspect of the supply chain is executed timely, from factory to customer’s warehouse.
- Compile report for business analysis and handle the whole business acquisition process.
- Demonstrate a high commitment to quality performance to ensure defects are prevented, internal and external customer expectations are met and there is compliance with statutory regulations and relevant standards.
- Provide guidance and leadership to sales team for development of talent and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
- Min. 5-8 years’ experience in Sales Business Development/ Key Account Management/ similar related role ideally gained in FMCG or Paper industry.
- Experience in serving the HORECA/BSC direct or indirect. Have work with Global Hotel Chain is a plus.
- Result driven with proven track record of leading team to achieve business results.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to build and leverage relationship.
- Positive personality, mature, resourceful with ability to work under minimum supervision to delivered desired results.
- Comfortable to work in large matrix cross functional team across region in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the supply chain is advantageous.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of social media/digital marketing or ecommerce will be a plus.
