DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager (Postgraduate Operations), LKCSB

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB)
- Manage the engagement of Teaching Assistant /Student Helper
- Administer the full process of engaging Teaching Assistant/Student Helpers, from posting on job advertisement, shortlisting to consolidating all the required paperwork needed.
- Understands stakeholders’ needs and keeps stakeholders informed and manages their expectations.
- Manage the purchase of course outline, readings and cases/simulations process for courses
- Work closely with instructors for requirements.
- Ensure that course outline, readings and cases/simulations are made available to students before the start of each course.
- Plans, organizes and delivers to stakeholders despite pressure and obstacles.
- Able to identify potential issues and provide speedy resolutions.
- Provide support for examination related matters
- Support the team to plan and execute examinations, including managing student helpers and invigilators.
- Anticipates information and resource requirements and proactively resolves potential issues.
- Conduct briefing/training sessions for exam invigilators independently.
- Work closely with supervisor to standardize the examination policies.
- Work closely with faculty to collect back all exams paper, quizzes and student works for accreditation purposes.
- Provide support for accreditation and ranking matters
- Support the accreditation process for IBF and AACSB.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience or a Diploma with at least 5 years of related experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
- Service-oriented attitude towards work responsibilities. Able to liaise with instructors, colleagues, and students professionally.
- Attention to details and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with a flair for writing.
- Team player.
- Ability to work on weekends and weekday evenings when required.
