**What the role is**
- As a Senior Executive / Executive (Human Resource Business Partnerships), you will provide support in a broad spectrum of HR functions, which include but not limited to managing of HR systems (e.g. HRP), manpower planning, exit, benefits as well as other administrative/secretarial duties. You can also expect to help drive HR transformation efforts to streamline work processes, primarily through digitalisation and automation where applicable.

**What you will be working on**
- The Human Resource Section in MND works closely with its Family of Statutory Boards (of close to 10,000 in staff strength) to support Family-wide objectives and strategic priorities through a range of HR initiatives, across several spectrums of HR, such as talent management, key learning focus areas, and other HR policies. Within MND, it supports the manpower needs of the organisation, as well as the growth and development of officers.
