Singapore LTA Land Transport Authority Full time

We are looking for an officer to augment the capabilities of LTA’s Quality Service Planning to tap on data analytics to enhance LTA’s service strategy, planning and delivery.

Job description:

- Drive projects and conduct advanced analytics on customer data using more complex statistical analysis approaches and tools
- Identify and suggest innovations for data analytics approaches to more effectively detect insights on customer behaviours
- Report and explain key findings from customer analytics, derive insights and potential implications on service planning/delivery
- Develop data visualisation methodologies and tools to present feedback data analytics findings to management
- Provide guidance to other stakeholders by using customer insights to support decision-making in operational functions
- Ensure customer data, information and insights are organised and presented in methods understandable and accessible to business users to enable greater adoption in day-to-day usage
- Review and identify ways to improve current data usage, data quality and data management
- Any other duties that are required to support the team’s objectives

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business Analytics / Statistics / Maths or related disciplines
- Prior experience in data management, business analytics or statistics, especially in a customer operations environment, will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in communicating actionable insights
- Fast learner with eye for details, proactive and self-motivated team player
- Flexible, open to new ideas and able to implement solutions effectively and independently
- Customer service-oriented and strong analytical mind with inclination for problem solving
- Good knowledge of current statistical methods and data analysis software (e.g. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc)
