[What the role is]

ASSISTANT MANAGER, STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT AND COLLABORATIONS (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

[What you will be working on]

We are looking for an officer to support the execution of LTA’s school outreach efforts to deepen engagement with MOE, schools, and students with the aim of building greater awareness and support of LTA’s Walk, Cycle, Ride efforts. You will identify key MOE partners and establish long term partnerships with the aim to advance LTA’s school outreach objectives.

You will drive the execution of LTA’s engagement with schools across all levels on a sustained basis. Part of your role will include conceptualizing and developing new content/resources, marketing collaterals, and programmes to further LTA’s outreach efforts.

You will manage the tracking of school enquiries, procurement matters and other administrative duties of the school outreach team. You will also support the development of a stakeholder management dashboard to meaningfully measure the effectiveness of school outreach and engagement efforts.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any relevant discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing design-related or marketing communications projects
- Relevant experience in education and outreach or similar job scope would be an advantage
