[What the role is]

Do you have a passion for igniting young minds and inspiring the next generation to adopt more sustainable commuting habits? Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for crafting engaging programmes?

We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Outreach Manager to join our team to lead the development and execution of impactful outreach programmes to build knowledge, shape attitudes and influence behaviours among youths towards making greener transport choices.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping LTA build partnerships with schools across all levels, from primary to university.

[What you will be working on]

- Develop and implement engagement and outreach strategies to engage schools and youths (across all levels) on LTA's goals and initiatives, policies, and projects to encourage more sustainable commutes.

- Design, manage and implement programmes, such as workshops, outreach initiatives such as temporary exhibitions, and content development, such as educational kits that spark interest among youths in promoting more sustainable commutes among peers. These could include partnership with relevant stakeholders to co-create relevant outreach programmes.

- Develop a partnership strategy with MOE, including identifying partners and mapping partnership plans with overall school outreach objectives.

- Coordinate outreach efforts and establish long-term relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning, schools, teachers, as well as other stakeholders to advance LTA's school outreach objectives.

- Manage project budgets, oversee procurement of goods & services, and manage external vendors.

- Proactively monitor, track, and analyse KPI for projects to ensure delivery of key outcomes and to identify areas for continuous improvement

[What we are looking for]

- Knowledge in relevant fields, such as Mass Communications, Education, Marketing or related disciplines.

- Experience in marketing communications, exhibition design, content development, pedagogy design and/or stakeholder engagement.

- Familiarity with Singapore's education system or experience as an MOE educator will be advantageous.

- Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination and managing multiple projects concurrently.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities with a proven capacity to build rapport and influence effectively.

- A self-starter who can lead and manage projects independently, proactively seeking solutions and insights to ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables achieved.

The seniority of appointment and job title will be commensurate with individual work experience.
