**Regional **E-Commerce Manager drives the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, He/she will need to work closely with a Marketing Team, Sales & Operations, IT team, Logistics & Shipping and our Business Partners.managing customer order fulfilment, technology and infrastructural plans. He/She is also responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners for the business. The E-Commerce Manager works in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment where he/she oversees the end-to-end commercialisation and operationalisation of the E-Commerce business. The E-Commerce Manager is an energetic, collaborative and results-oriented team leader. He/She is technology-savvy with strong business acumen and is able to effectively manage multiple projects

**E-Commerce Manager Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
- Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
- F & B experience above 10 years and he/she will frequently travel even half or more than one year
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.

Tasks
- Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
- Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assess potential partnership prospects.
- Define and revise order fulfilment policies and procedures.
- Design business questions to be used for data mining and analysis.
- Develop a service recovery framework.
- Develop and implement roadmap for online store's functionality.
- Develop service operations.
- Develop, manage and measure performance of technology vendor relationships.
- Drive e-commerce sales performance.
- Encourage service innovation.
- Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes.
- Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes.
- Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes.
- Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programmes over digital platforms.
- Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
- Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
- Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools.
