**Roles & Responsibilities**
As an executive in the key accounts department, you will be responsible for account servicing of corporate accounts to ensure customer base growth through account retention and acquisition.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer account strategies to ensure customer retention and acquisition
- Administration of all sales related activities and customer enquiries to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and excellent service level
- Achieve adherence to all internal process and risk compliance
- Propose and recommend strategy for accounts based on market intelligence gathered
- Day-to-day operational
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline would be an advantage
- Must be a self-motivator, driven and team player.
- Preferably with 2 or more years of account management experience with good account management and customer relationships.
- Must be able to understand the client, their products and their industry.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent negotiating, service and people skills.
- Must be organized and resourceful as he/she deals with multiple customers
- Preferably have good sales, marketing and business acumen.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced and often changing environment
