**Job Purpose**

To works as part of RHQ EMEASA to maintains and expands relationships with strategically important customers based in Sub-Sahara Africa, who are usually government agencies or related organization.

The Key Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to the assigned customers and the African country or region they cover.

Lead customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectation are met by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Account Manager reports to the Senior Director of the Sub-Sahara Africa.

Willing to travel to Africa.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Achieves assigned revenue and contract value target set for the designated strategic accounts.
- Achieves the strategic objectives defined by the company for the accounts, country, or region.
- Preparing sales proposal, responds to requests for proposal, monitoring of project implementation progress, payment milestone & billing, and tracking of payment
- Develops and prepare account sales forecast
- Maintains high customer satisfaction rating.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the specified time frame.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant academic qualification in Information Technology field sector
- More than 8 years’ experience in IT sector, handling account management, project implementation or sales

**Experience**:

- government/trade/logistics and supply chain: 5 years (preferred)
