**Accounts Executive - (Permanent full time)**
Sentient.io is a bespoke innovator and service provider of an acclaimed state-of-the-art AIaaS (Artificial Intelligence as a Service) platform which democratizes access to AI through the marriage of large, diverse and open data sets with deep, diverse AI algorithms to produce tailored solutions in the realms of Voice, Computer Vision, Natural Language Programming and more.

**Working as an Accounts Executive at Sentient.io, you will**:
- Monthly closing. Ability to check completeness - Schedules, costs, and revenue completeness.
- Manage and improve timesheet costing on a monthly basis.
- Manage operating cash flow forecast and transfer of funds.
- Day to day administration of AP, AR, and related matters.
- A fresh pair of eyes and questioning the way we do things so that we can have an efficient process.
**What is Expected**:
- Diploma in accounting. Strong accounting knowledge - AP, AR, GL and most of all Debits and Credits.
- Those with more than 3 years of experience need not apply. FRESH Diploma graduates pursuing a part-time degree are welcome to apply.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
- Familiar with Google Suite (we work via Google drive, sheets and docs not Microsoft) and online banking platforms.
- Highly motivated, meticulous and organized and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Good linguistic skills in both written and spoken English
- Able to start work within short notice
