**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive RMA innovation to best in class failure analysis, workflow, corrective actions, RMA customer reports, and efficiency
- Deploy strategies to achieve best in class RMA 'No Failure Found' including data analytics of customer testing data and innovate testing tools
- Develop Cloud telemetry to RMA correlations for predictive failure analysis
- Develop tools, hardware, and workflow for new technologies
- Provide feedback and guidance on IT workflow solution and tools
- Collaborate with world-wide teams on best known practices and drive alignment
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of DRAM industry experience
- Proficiency in DRAM or related semiconductor testing
- Familiarity with DRAM or related semiconductor process and defectivity
- Familiarity with DRAM, VLSI, Semiconductor Physics, or Semiconductor Manufacturing (preferred)
