Now Hiring: Senior Finance Manager / Vice President
We’re partnering with a leading regional organisation in a highly regulated, asset-intensive sector to appoint a Senior Finance Manager. This is a key leadership role with high visibility and ownership across finance operations, systems transformation, and financial governance.
You’ll join a mission-critical business that supports complex, 24/7 operational environments where precision, compliance, and financial insight are vital.
Responsibilities
Lead payroll, payments, and credit control functions across the business.
Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition, financial controls, and compliance.
Drive finance transformation, including SAP implementation and automation projects.
Identify and mitigate financial risks; improve internal policies and governance.
Take ownership of payroll budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Provide strategic insights and support senior leadership on financial matters.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
15+ years of progressive finance experience in commercial and/or public accounting firms.
Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-functional finance teams.
Experience in asset-heavy, regulated environments (e.g. engineering, logistics, energy, transport, or infrastructure).
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/reporting systems is a plus.
