Healint has recently developed Clarrio, meant for users with chronic pain conditions. The app will be
focused on coaching programs and intelligent disease algorithm to guide users towards the most
ideal specialty care.

**Role & Responsibilities**This position serves as the executive administrative support and primary point of contact for
internal and external stakeholders on a wide variety of matters pertaining to the CEO.
**Specific Duties Include**:
- Inbox management:

- Successfully complete and follow through on critical aspects of tasks and projects for the
CEO with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, correspondence,
and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead.
- Calendar management:
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming
commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Schedule and organise complex activities and events such as leadership meetings, travel
- both domestic and international, and other related administrative support.
- Coordinate and manage all scheduled activities through proactive communication, calendar
management, and external communication.
- Relationship management:
- Support the CEO in cultivating, stewarding, and advancing relationships with a range of
advisors, sponsors, corporate champions, and institutions
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Develop and create various materials in preparation for leadership, partners, and other
related meetings.
- Desired Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines simultaneously
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up with an international and diverse culture
- Work independently with little supervision
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to handle and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Experience in working in a Japanese business environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus

- Working Location: Remotely
- 5-day work week, Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm (Singapore time zone)
