Singapore RAFFLES SHIP CHARTERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a number of tankers in close cooperation with the Chartering and in-house ship management teams.
- Communicating with charterers, brokers, agents and vessels regarding voyage orders and vessels itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with agreed charter party terms, oversee agency appointments, handle shipping documents.
- Review vessel stowage and tank cleaning plans under the guidance of the Head of Operations.
- Liaise with master, owners and agents, give instructions for loading/discharging and stowing of cargoes.
- Handle loading and discharging procedures and documents.
- Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma holder.
- Able to work independently, take responsibility, and manage multiple priorities.
- Hardworking, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours and be on standby (when required).
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
