**The Job**:
The Senior Executive/Asst. Marketing Manager will own the design, content and execution marketing campaigns to end users. Salary and title will commensurate with 3-5 years of experience. Day-to-day duties include (but is not limited to):

- Lead field marketing campaigns, including owning end-to-end deployment of in-house and co-partnered online and offline field events, as well as the design, content and distribution of banners, ads and e-newsletters to promote Rocket Academy. This includes proactively planning a robust pipeline of campaigns for newly onboarded and upcoming courses to maximise user acquisition and revenue conversion initiatives
- Ensure successful end-to-end deployment of campaign mechanics, including promotional details, accuracy of information reflected on the content management system and in all media assets prior to go-live. This includes but is not limited to: managing the in-house content management system content, rocketacademy.co presence, and social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Develop quality content strictly adhering to Rocket’s brand guidelines for marketing materials such as eDMs, and marketing messages. This includes coming up with, and owning, a robust editorial calendar for content marketing and social media, and working with the graphic designer to ensure timely and regular content output of content and accompanying assets
- Drive and own organic content engagement and social media presence
- Edit and produce simple videos, e.g. Q&A sessions
- Track, compile and report key metrics and campaign results to management. Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
- Research on market research and competitor analysis for lead generation and product expansion in key global markets
- Ensure consistency through tone of voice across all platforms
- Aid in the execution of advertising, referral programs and PR
- Perform additional duties and help with other projects assigned by the line manager.

**Other Qualifications**:

- B.A. or B.S. degree from a four-year college or university
- Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools
- Organised and meticulous, with strong attention to detail (e.g. attention to language, flow and grammar)
- Familiar with the latest trends in social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
- Ability to edit simple videos
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong demonstrated project management capabilities, with demonstrated abilities to excel in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
- Ability to work across timezones and cultures - working on weekends may sometimes be required for business purposes
- Must be able to legally work in Singapore
