Summary

Reporting to an experienced HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner Admin Support plays an integral role in providing administrative assistance in employee lifecycle related matters. The incumbent will work closely with HR Business Partners of various business units and entities as well as CMA CGM Group employees for onboarding, off boarding and other HR initiatives. This will be a 12-month fixed term contract position.

Main Responsibilities

Assist and support a team of HR Business Partners

Support in administrative tasks related to employee life cycle (i.e. recruitment, onboarding, off boarding etc.)

Perform transactions in Success Factors HR system to maintain and update accurate employee records

Assist with the preparation of employee letters and documentation

Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding activities as follows:

- Update new joiner details in Success Factors HR System
- Organize and conduct New Hire Orientation session
- Coordinate new joiner probation completion process
- Organize employee exit session and clearance process

Provide first level support to employee enquiries and redirect to respective COEs where needed

Ensure proper filing of documents in Employee paper & digital files

Support other ad hoc administrative requests

Minimum Requirements

At least 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an MNC setting

Ability to work with HRIS systems (e.g. Success Factors) and MS Office word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Strong customer focus

Demonstrated experience working with high level of confidentiality and discretion

**This role is opened for local employment only.
