Work Location: Chin Bee Road _
A HR practitioner who is confident in providing strategic guidance and support for the leadership team, partners with internal stakeholders closely and be an expert advisor on all HR issues. You must be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build strong working relationships across the business.
This role will report directly to our Managing Director and functionally into parent company’s APAC HR.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with your key stakeholders through effective networking, influencing and collaboration. Be the face of HR to our people.
- Develop and implement people strategy and plans, prioritised and aligned to business initiatives to ensure success
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on people issues and initiatives
- Enhance employee engagement and shape a positive employee experience
- Ensure HR operations delivery excellence, including end to end payroll processing, recruitment and labour law compliance
- Backup Admin Executive for receptionist duties and/or admin operational matters
- Ad hoc HR tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in HR or related field
- At least 5 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Comfortable with being both hands-on and strategic
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and respond to changing priorities to derive positive long-term outcomes
- Problem solver, able to multi-task, prioritize and maintain a “Can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HR transformation and change management will be a strong advantage
- Incumbent may be required to occasionally travel, when required, during the day or for short periods to Malaysia, Senai
