**General Description**:
This position is responsible for effective handling of Tenders from customers and aligning

opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with global and / or regional account management team to lead or support the

preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
- Analyse specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the South Asia & Oceania Region

for accurate and timely responses.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices teams to ensure high quality

and competitive offers.
- Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review, and evaluation inline with the global tender management process.
- Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and management system
- Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis

to achieve corporate goal (if needed)
- Trouble shoot any tender related issues and make concerted corrective actions plan to

ensure tender management betterment.
- Provide suggestions to enhance current process.
- Other duties and responsibilities assign by Direct Report and the Management.

**Skills Required**:

- Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory.
- Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English for handling English speaking people.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields preferred.
- 5-7 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry
