**About the Company**

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a **Global Trade Compliance Manager** to oversee and manage compliance of trade, ensuring internal operations and procedures are compliant.
- Develop and maintain procedures and policies for import and export, ensuring compliance;
- Own trade compliance reporting processes globally;
- Provide guidance to stakeholders ensuring the exemption and exception requirements are met;
- Monitor processes and operations for potential compliance issues, following through to resolution;
- Ensure technical details are approved before import and export across borders;
- Develop and enforce screening of operations and transactions for compliance;
- Be main point of contact for classification matters;
- Lead customs valuations and provide support to internal stakeholders on similar matters;
- Engage in internal training for global trade compliance;
- Manage follow up actions from internal audits.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience managing global trade compliance or import and export activities;
- Excellent knowledge of international trading and customs regulations;
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different levels of people within the organisation.
