We are presently sourcing for a **Senior Japanese Speaking Research Manager **to join the team. This position will be permanent/full time and you will be required to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and research methodologies or/and business development knowledge to manage projects and build effective partnerships.

**About the job**

At Global Angle, you collaborate with unique and capable talents from Japan and Singapore to develop solutions for client and companies to optimise capital, build new knowledge and make informed decisions based on research findings. You will have the opportunity to engage in critical, challenging assumptions and reflective discussion of research findings while enforcing data accuracy, delivery, and communication with relevant stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise team including local researchers and create detailed business needs analysis and scope based on client engagements.
- Be up to date of latest government policies and market trends or technology.
- Manage, build strong client relationships, and conduct B to B marketing research/consulting, developing business strategies and data analysis through hypothesis.
- Create and implement research methodologies and project management plan within the expected timeline.
- Manage and track project quality control and ensure on-time project delivery.
- Present deliverables and industry data/analysis through storytelling and analytical presentations to clients, seminar, and open events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree of any specialisation
- Minimum 3 years of Market Research with strong knowledge of market research methodologies in a Market Research/Consulting Industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Japanese Speaking is preferred but not mandatory due to stakeholders’ management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop clients’ relationship and participate/collaborate in teamwork or group settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Performance bonus
