**Your day at NTT DATA**

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards is a senior management role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of company compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of comprehensive total reward strategies that attract and retain top talent, fostering employee engagement and supporting business objectives.

This role collaborates cross-functionally ensuring the competitiveness, compliance, and effectiveness of company total rewards initiatives whilst fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.

**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guides on organizational and job design initiatives in order to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization and monitor the salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between cost control and employee attract and retention.
- Manages the implementation of the total rewards strategy by analyzing and processing quantitative and qualitative data to assist with the development of metrics to support the strategy.
- Works with internal stakeholders to execute total rewards strategy.
- Conducts salary and pay surveys and study labor markets to determine compensation trends of other employers in the same sector.
- Conducts audits and analyze compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Reviews the implementation of total rewards policies and procedures and submit recommendations to the total rewards or remuneration committee.
- Guides on the implementation of the annual salary review cycle and bonus calculations.
- Ensures consistency in total rewards practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of total rewards processes.
- Effectively manages a team, their resources, development and overall performance.
- Manages research activities to determine remuneration trends.
- Provides information for the innovative total rewards programs to support business strategies and goals.
- Provides direction and supervise total rewards team members through effective coaching and performance management.
- Supports development of effective policies for total rewards using a strategic approach that aligns with the organization's goals, values, and competitive landscape

**Knowledge and Attributes**:

- Extended understanding of compensation, benefits, and performance management principles and their impact on employee engagement and retention.
- Extended knowledge of compensation analysis methods, including market benchmarking and salary structure.
- Extended understanding of performance management processes, goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Extended understanding of data analysis concepts and tools, especially as applied to compensation, benefits, and performance metrics.
- Extended knowledge of HRIS platforms and payroll systems for data management and reporting.
- Ability to design compensation analysis, such as comparing market data and making recommendations.
- Dedication to providing responsive and helpful service to employees with questions about total rewards and performance matters.
- Ability to manage a team responsible for total rewards and performance initiatives.
- Ability to lead collaboratively, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Extended knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements impacting total rewards and performance management.
- Extended communication skills to collaborate with HR teams, senior leaders, and employees, as well as to present complex concepts effectively.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations related to total rewards and performance management.

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance preferred.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or a similar compensation certification advantageous.

**Required Experience**:

- Extended demonstrated experience in managing and designing comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Extended demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing compensation, benefits, and performance-related inquiries and issues.
- Extended demonstrated experience implementing compensation strategies aligned with business goals and industry benchmarks.
