**Key responsibilities**
- Support, develop, mentor and coach direct reports or more junior team members
- Lead the implementation of projects to a successful outcome
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders globally
- Work in conjunction with the wider HR team globally to ensure best practice
- Escalation point for queries from more junior team members.

**Additional responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of HR including salary reviews, check ins, budgets, and visa renewals, policy reviews, developmental training, graduate recruitment etc liaising with the wider HR team where required
- Conduct benchmarking of benefits, salaries, bonuses and policies
- Ensure the annual budget is managed and maintained

- Procure, implement, manage and develop benefit packages, harmonising where appropriate
- Manage the Graduate Recruitment programme and Trainee Solicitor processes
- Proactively manage the Business Services and secretarial staff,including check-ins, performance, developmental training
- Ensure compliance of local legislation in all aspects of employment law
- Build professional working relationships internally and externally.
