
Regional Business Development Manager

**Role Overview**:
The Regional Business Development Manager will be working with the relevant account teams in building the exposure and opportunities.
With a full understanding of Fortinet’s value proposition in the market, you will be working with Fortinet Sales, SEs and key partners as a Subject Matter Expert to consolidate and expand Fortinet’s position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as an evangelist for Fortinet’s technologies across the country.
- Explain our offerings to customers and partners at both a business and technical level.
- Support projects across the region.
- Assist with training and education of Fortinet Sales teams.
- Assist Fortinet Field Sales with identifying, qualifying and closing business opportunities in the region.
- Consolidate and report customer sales needs.
- Drive the development of solid solutions.
- Achievement of agreed sales goals for the portfolio.
- Report sales activity across the region and help accurately forecast pipeline.
**Requirements**:
- A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
- Minimum 8 years security sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 Major Accounts Excellent presentation skills at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional business acumen and solution selling skills.
- Successful track record in designing business plans and market strategies.
- A self-motivated, independent thinker who can move deals through the selling cycle.
- Competitive, self-starter, adaptive in an overlay organization.
- Competitive, self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.
