This is a regional position and plays a critical role in optimizing the mid-term crude-to-customer value chain for Chevron’s Downstream International Fuels Business. While working closely with our Retail/C&I/Aviation, Joint Venture Partners, Trading, Shipping, Terminal and Operations and VCO (Value Chain Optimization) Center of Excellence, this role leads the development of the one-to-three-year regional ECOPE (Enterprise Channel Optimization Planning and Execution) strategy to maximize profitability. As the owner of the PCP (Product Clearance Process), this role is also focused on refinery product placement decisions thereby driving profitability improvement through each of the sales channels.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Lead mid-term development and implementation of product placement strategies for the JV refineries
- Financial analysis, review, proposal and approval of commercial deals
- Lookback analysis and reporting of channel netbacks

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent planning, business, analytical, project management and communication skills in English
- Demonstrated experience in supply/planning side refinery products
- A strong influencer to drive cross functional teams (working in different countries) on assigned projects/processes

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong experience working for oil major on managing refinery products (preferably Asian market), and logistics
- Strong Excel skills - ability to glean meaningful insights when working with massive amount of data and different markets
- Understanding of refinery econs, driver and value chain
- Strong financial acumen with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
