Reporting to: Operations Manager with functional reporting line to Commercial Department

The Role

The Commercial Team sits within the group function of K2 Corporate Mobility and we are recruiting for the position of Regional Commercial Coordinator.

As a Commercial Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team. The job role will require you to act as a liaison between assignees and the insurers to settle claims and to offer support to the commercial team with any additional tasks as requested.

Full training and support will be provided.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Clearly and effectively communicate with assignees to settle insurance claims.
- Collect all relevant documentation and evidence to support insurance claims.
- Provide client support within the client’s policy.
- Work with finance to provide prompt payment of invoices and claims.
- Management of the day-to-day tasks of receiving claim details, determining settlements with K2’s insurance provider, and settling claims with assignees.
- Responsible for compiling reports based on claims, ratios, levels, amounts and providers that can be analysed and interpreted by the team, feeding our continuous improvement planning.
- Responsible of overseeing the reduction of the regions claim ratio.
- Communicate regularly with the Client Services Team to ensure claims are received.
- Actively manage, monitor, and negotiate the best available pricing from household goods providers including third party vendors on all services.
- Audit supplier invoices and pass these invoices to accounts payable for payment.
- Responsible for Ascent data integrity for the Americas service partners.
- Uphold compliance, GDPR, and ISO principles and obligations, and certifications set forth by the company.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in household goods/shipping is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in Microsoft Office or comparable software
- Professional verbal and written English language skills - A second language is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Clear communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work with a team globally
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Global travel when required
