**Meet our team**:
At PayPal, the GtM team operates at the crucial intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Government Relations, Legal and Market Compliance. Drive mitigation impact as part of the product team including global product managers, legal, compliance and business teams. Responsible for developing frameworks built for existing or new product capabilities including playbooks.

**Your way to Impact**:
Success in this role will require both technical and commercial acumen, strong multitasking and prioritization ability, and a knack for seamlessly shifting between detail-oriented, technical tasks and strategic thought leadership. Familiarity with PayPal’s business models, functional domains and core processes is a strong plus.

**In your day-to-day role you will**:

- Combine a deep understanding of our evolving global platform offerings, market trends, with internal and external learnings, to inform and support ongoing product go to market initiatives and continuously improve the impact of our value story and commercialization success.
- Partner cross-functionally to evolve PayPal’s value proposition and messaging framework for merchants & consumers, setting the standard for storytelling and driving relevance and differentiation in market.
- Initiate and support market research to understand the evolving needs of consumers and merchants and share those insights and implications with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Support policy teams in translating regulatory requirements into product changes and work with cross-functional teams to identify a compliant solution that provides great user experience as and when needed.
- Lead & build a customer centric and commercially viable Product Go-to-Market and growth strategies.
- Track performance & make GTM / Product changes whenever necessary

**What do you need to bring**:

- 8+ years of relevant professional payments experience across product, policy, digital wallets and FinTechs
- Deep understanding of policy landscape and ability translate that into product solution
- Experience in managing external & internal partners both at a functional and executive level; strong relationship-management
- Storytelling and messaging development
- Track record of working independently and effectively in a cross-functional, hyper-matrixed environment
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven and independent
- Has a curious mindset and a natural inclination for creative problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels
- Analytical and methodical - able to manage multiple, high-priority work streams with the agility, and the ability to continually reprioritize in line with dynamic business strategies
