**Responsibilities**:
MaxLinear is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on the following:

- Process Purchase Orders (POs) from a multi-region customer base
- Generate Sales Orders to notify and update customers with delivery commitments, statuses, and changes
- Manage customer POs according to policy, maintaining detailed records and tracking methods
- Ensure prompt and accurate order processing and acknowledgment
- Process customer sample requests and RMAs
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-through upon shipment of orders
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling needs with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Manage, trouble shoot, and respond to open issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Work with Operations on order fulfillment coordination
- Support ISO requirements by following procedures and support internal and external audit requirements
- Assist Sales Account Mangers with account information
- Work with Accounting for customer payment matters

Qualifications:

- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Microsoft AX, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
- Must be able to work during global business hours e.g., 8am to 7pm
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High School Diploma + 2 years of experience
