**General Job description**

Answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. We are looking for empathic and professional people to serve as the first line of contact for our incoming calls.

The call center representatives are also expected to support the nurses and medical staff with administrative tasks. This is a Singapore based position for our Indonesian clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer in-bound calls in a professional manner
- Documenting all information of new and existing clients in the CRM system (calls and service given)
- Provide customers with information regarding company's services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints that fall within the responsibility of a customer service representative
- Identify and escalate priority issues, as per escalation protocol
- Route calls appropriately
- Relay messages to appropriate company employees as needed
- Return calls as per direction of operations manager and to customers who left messages
- Make daily outbound calls to engage clients and to seek collaboration opportunities
- Perform additional duty as per direction of call center supervisor
- Administrative support

**Skills required**
- University graduate - preferred
- Able to work legally in Singapore
- Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service, healthcare industry preferred
- Highly fluent in English and Indonesian - Bahasa with excellent communication skills to communicate with Indonesian clients (verbal & written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Customer & Service oriented, pleasant and willing to learn
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant programs
- Working hour 09:00-1830 or 9:30 - 19:00 (alternate week); 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
