**Enterprise Applications Support Specialist - Oracle EBS**

**Are you ready to drive enterprise transformation with cutting-edge technology?**We're seeking a passionate Enterprise Applications Support Specialist to join our client's growing team and make a real impact on our organization's digital journey.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide expert-level support for Oracle EBS modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow Project Management functions to enhance business processes
- Document comprehensive problem-solving processes from identification to resolution
- Prioritize and manage enhancement requests and defect resolutions
- Execute testing and validation procedures during system maintenance windows
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including management, development teams, and end-users

**Strategic Contribution**
- Lead post-resolution follow-ups to ensure sustainable solutions
- Support preventive maintenance activities including patches and upgrades

**What We're Looking For**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 4+ years equivalent technical experience
- Proven expertise with **Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing)**:

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Project Management functions and features
- Strong troubleshooting skills with systematic problem-resolution methodologies

**Communication**
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively support our diverse user base and collaborate with regional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business users
