Enterprise Applications Support Specialist - Oracle EBS

Are you ready to drive enterprise transformation with cutting-edge technology? We're seeking a passionate Enterprise Applications Support Specialist to join our client's growing team and make a real impact on our organization's digital journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle EBS modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues using proven methodologies
  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow Project Management functions to enhance business processes
  • Perform hands-on system configuration and application fixes at desktop level
  • Document comprehensive problem-solving processes from identification to resolution
  • Prioritize and manage enhancement requests and defect resolutions
  • Execute testing and validation procedures during system maintenance windows
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including management, development teams, and end-users

Strategic Contribution

  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance across the organization
  • Stay current with software applications and technologies relevant to business needs
  • Lead post-resolution follow-ups to ensure sustainable solutions
  • Support preventive maintenance activities including patches and upgrades

What We're Looking For:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 4+ years equivalent technical experience
  • Proven expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Project Management functions and features
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with systematic problem-resolution methodologies

Communication

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively support our diverse user base and collaborate with regional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for business users
