We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to maintain and enhance our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and implementation, with expertise in tools like Nintex, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining enterprise systems, ensuring smooth application performance. They will also provide user support, handle first- and second-level troubleshooting, diagnose application issues, and escalate to vendors when necessary.

In addition, the Enterprise Systems Specialist will participate in testing pre-release applications, software updates, and tools. They will support implementation projects and deliver post-implementation maintenance. Furthermore, they will coordinate with vendors for project rollouts, application testing, and deployment of patches and upgrades.

The Enterprise Systems Specialist will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless system integration and optimal system performance.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on implementation.">
  • Proven experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions.">
  • Strong expertise with Nintex NAC, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Automate.">
  • Proficient in SQL, with fundamental knowledge of HTML and Java.">
  • Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.">
