Job Title: Enterprise System Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise System Specialist to join our organization in Singapore. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems architecture.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise systems architecture, develop integration solutions, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor performance, apply updates and backups, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and provide technical support and training.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and phishing awareness training.
- Support data warehousing, maintain data integrity and availability, and assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Evaluate new technologies, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency.
- Contribute to cloud migration projects and other digitalization efforts to enhance organizational capabilities.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience in Microsoft Navision ERP, Power BI/Jet Reports/QlikView implementation including development, testing and reports.
- Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) Database (SQL/NoSQL), and Networking.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity Principles and Compliance frameworks.
