Job Title: Enterprise Application Leader
As an Enterprise Application Leader, you will oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications and business-critical systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, application developers, and technical specialists to deliver projects within scope, on schedule, and in compliance with quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities- Direct the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
- Manage a team of software engineers, application developers, and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and in compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Capture requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and industry best practice standards.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8–12 years in software development, including 3–5 years in a managerial or technical leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on background with modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-based platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
