Senior Enterprise Application Specialist

In this role, you will:

- Be part of the team that develops and maintains Enterprise Applications for DSO’s internal corporate and business functions.
- Conduct requirements gathering from users and business owners, analyse the requirements and then translate these into technical requirements for the developers.
- Conduct user journey and gather feedback to improve DSO Enterprise Applications
- Improve productivity through enabling automation for business processes.
- Provide technical expertise to address user’s IT issues pertaining to the Enterprise Applications.
- Ensure the availability and data integrity of DSO Enterprise Applications

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related fields
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics.
- Knowledge in (a) development and testing practices like Unit Testing, Load Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (b) UX/UI Design (c) Waterfall/Agile Development Cycle
- Self-driven and proactive in keeping up with new technologies
- Able to work both independently as well as with a team
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage, e.g. HFI Certified Usability Analyst, CompTIA Data+, Certified Data Professional (CDP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified ScrumMaster, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
