Enrichment Centre Manager

Main operational figure of the Enrichment Centre. Staff should be well versed with computers and front line service. As a full-time Centre Manager, the Staff is responsible for interacting with customers and carrying out all common duties of a frontliner which shall include but not be limited to:
**(a) Perform daily operational duty such as**:
1. Handling payment of course fee and accounts
2. Managing and conveying customer feedback to immediate Supervisor
3. Calling late-payers
(b) Play an active role in delivering excellent service and enhancing customer satisfaction when handling incoming call as well as attending walk-in customers in terms of course enquiries, registration, payment and complaints.
(c) Keeping abreast of all enrichment programmes that the Company is providing, understand the selling point of each programme and actively selling those programmes to potential customers.
(d) Provide sales administrative and marketing support.
(e) Serve as an intermediate between customers and tutors by conveying feedback from one party to another.
(f) Record enrolments on internal software system.
(g) Debit, credit and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.
(h) Reconcile and report discrepancies found in records.
(i) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
