**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
**1. Sponsorship Sales (80%)**
- Secure sponsorships for all SF’s projects including exhibitions/conferences to meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the management.
- Develop packages and pricing strategies across our product portfolio, including event sponsorship ensuring pricing is optimised.
- Identify and develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to acquire new leads/ sales opportunities to build sales pipeline, generate sales and grow customer base
- Develop a marketing plan to secure a higher sponsor’s retention rate
- Collaboration with Marketing Manager to conceptualize, plan & execute the agreed marketing strategies including digital media.
- Management of sales opportunities from lead generation to closure and long-term partnerships.
- Service and manage existing accounts and upsell to existing customers by identifying additional needs and developing appropriate sales and marketing strategies to meet their needs.
- Understand and identify sponsors’ spending patterns by using data analytic
- Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies to expand market share and penetration of new markets.
- Manage customer accounts payable and ensuring on-time collection
- Create and update sales status reports including identified contacts, leads and confirmed sales.
- Create opportunity proposals for organization’s events. Work with colleagues from all teams to ensure we deliver opportunities that meet client needs.
- Submit timely weekly sales reports
- Monitor customers' and competitors’ activities in the market and report important customer and competitor information to the management by leveraging on data and google analytics
**2. Planning and production of events (20%)**
- Prepare project plan with timelines
- Responsible for project management of the event; from planning to implementation (pre-show, at show and post-show activities; analyse on current project to recommend solution for any problem from customer’s perspective)
- Responsible for on-site logistics management
- Supervision and management of the appointed contractors and vendors
- Manage the registration system for pre and onsite registration of delegates and speakers, ensure the layout and process are for better user experience.
- Coordinating with Marketing Department to ensure project’s website (using wordpress’s function) is up-to-date information with user friendly experience.
- Supervise on-site decorations and signages, such as backdrops, banners, etc.
- Develop a good understanding of branding
- Manage sponsorship fulfilment on-site
- Coordinate the site visits
- Assist in preparing event budget
- Budget reconciliation
- Prepare ROI evaluation of events
**Qualifications & Skills**
▪ Minimum Degree / Diploma in any field
▪ At least 5 years of proven sales track record
▪ Possess good planning, organizational skills to multi-task and are adaptive to fast paced environment
▪ Strong sales presentation
▪ Interpersonal, communication skills with strong client-service orientation
▪ Possess a “can do” attitude.
▪ Possess a high degree of self-discipline and motivation.
▪ Organised, resourceful and possess good sales follow-up skills
▪ Willingness to travel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
