**About our group**:
We are looking for an exceptional brand talent who is passionate to drive our Employer Branding at Seagate. The role is responsible for telling the Seagate Story both internally and externally through social, digital, and traditional recruitment methods. This role sits within Talent Acquisition function and partner closely with Internal Communications and Global Marketing to source content and work together on all recruitment marketing related topics.
This role will be based in Singapore and report to the Director, Talent Acquisition APAC & Global Employer Branding, based in Singapore
**About the role - you will**:
- Working alongside with our international recruiting teams and design experts to drive the employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy for Seagate that aligns with the business goal
- Lead the global employer branding initiatives to position Seagate as a preferred choice of employe
- Spearhead various employer branding projects to strengthen our talent acquisition capabilities and support overall needs across recruiting operations
- Interface with internal partners to source and share dynamic content across Seagate’s social/digital channels; ensure content (copy and imagery) is relevant and unique depending on the channel; schedule and post content
- Attend events to take pictures/video and source copy (if applicable)
- Respond to incoming inquiries across all channels; escalate concerns accordingly
- Craft internal communications for recruitment related initiatives, new tools and system changes
- Stay up to date on current recruiting trends, technologies, competitive landscape, influencers
- Partner with internal corporate marketing team on video editing, copywriting, and design assistance as needed
- Work with internal communications at each site to source content approved for external use. Identify and leverage brand champions at each site to supplement internal communications content
- Assist in other Talent Brand/Recruitment Marketing projects as needed
- Given the role comes with a global lens, morning or evening meetings are required and expected

- Understanding the nuances between various social and digital platforms including Facebook, Glassdoor, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and beyond
- Taking dynamic photos and videos - capturing a “slice of life”/candid imagery
- Understanding corporate marketing requirements and crafting eye-catching imagery that aligns with brand standards
- Navigating multiple stakeholders; working across a matrixed organization
- Double and triple checking your work before publishing on behalf of the company
- Juggling multiple projects with differing deadlines at one time; prioritizing deliverables
**Your experience includes**

- Have familiarity with building effective, targeted marketing campaigns
- Have knowledge of design tools (including Adobe Creative Cloud - or willing to learn); ability to design creative, eye-catching digital banners, infographics, resize social content
- Have extensive video development and editing skills - or willing to learn
- Have knowledge of niche social and digital platforms
