Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent & Brand Associate. This role will have a significant impact on Razer's talent acquisition and employer branding efforts by managing our internship program, fostering strong relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning, and enhancing our employer brand through various channels. As a key member of our HR team, you will ensure a consistent supply of top young talents and elevate Razer's reputation as an employer of choice.

Internship Program Management:

- Source, recruit, and onboard interns to meet the company's talent needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning to secure a steady pipeline of high-quality interns.
- Coordinate and liaise with various departments to identify internship opportunities and create meaningful work experiences for interns.
- Execute and evaluate the internship engagement programs, providing feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the program.

Employer Branding:

- Plan and execute on-ground activation events to promote Razer as an employer of choice.
- Manage the content calendar for Razer's LinkedIn page, ensuring regular and engaging posts that reflect our company culture and values.
- Lead the submission process for employer awards, highlighting Razer's achievements and strengths in the workplace.
- Utilize various communication and design tools to create compelling content for internal and external audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding and talent acquisition.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to enhance the employee experience and communication endeavors.

Pre-Requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employer branding, or a related area; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using communication and design tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
