**Key Responsibilities for HR Associate**:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding documents, and assist with exit interviews and clearance processes.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee records (both digital and physical), update HR databases, and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- HR Projects: Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training coordination, and policy updates.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of HR experience (internships or relevant coursework are a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is a bonus.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
