**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating with both internal and external customers to schedule collection.
- Coordinate with carriers and co-loaders to obtain the most competitive rates and schedule shipments.
- Coordinate with the vendor to arrange collection.
- Provide the Air Export operation team with complete information for execution and cost information.
- If there is an offload or flight delay, it is important to work with the carrier and co-loader to find the cause of the issue.
- Verifying vendor invoices for arranged shipments.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers, as required.
- Support the team in ensuring that pricing and quotations for both internal departments and overseas stations, as well as clients, are responded to quickly and accurately.
- Respond timely to client pricing requests
- Coordinate tenders and RFQ’s for all Air
- freight products when assigned.
- To provide clients with a solution and pricing as per their request, it is important to obtain pricing from carriers, co-loaders, and internal networks (product teams, overseas stations).
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders
- Act as a resource for all Air
- freight enquiries for company
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in Air-freight Pricing / Air Procurement in Freight Forwarding or Airline industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint )
- Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
