Singapore HALCON PRIMO LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Primary Objectives of Position**
- Oversee airfreight shipments.
- Ensure the shipments are done in accordance to the requirements and schedule.
- Preparation month inventory report, costing and closing account.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Liaison with internal & external parties on orders processing.
- Segregate controlled & non-controlled products prior to shipment.
- Handle airfreight shipments by coordination with carriers, vendors & warehouse teams.
- Monitor and coordinate on cargo collections and lodgement.
- Handle documents for export/import shipment such as issuing of job instruction, invoicing, packing list and shipping invoice.
- Declaration of customs permit, compliance to Singapore Customs AED requirement.
- Prepare cost sheet and work order and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Verify vendor's invoice, handle billing dispute/discrepancy if required.
- Collate data and submit various reports on daily basis.
- Take full ownership of operational logistics requirement.
- Ensure KPIs are met and updated.
- Support the airfreight team members
- To commit and comply to HPL Occupational Health & Safety Management System
- To commit and comply to HPL Quality Management System.
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned by management

**Person Specifications**
- Able to accommodate **day & late night weekly shifts **on a rotational basis.
- Prior experience in Airfreight operations and spare part processing will be a plus
- Knowledge of AED, Tradenet & SAP is a plus.
